Giving Tuesday 2024

Give The Gift of Independence

Join us in giving the gift of independence this holiday season. Starting on Giving Tuesday, we’re inviting you to help us reach our $5,000 goal to support PennCares’ life-changing programs.

With your support, we can expand our in-home care program, nurture growth in our child development and preschool groups, and provide essential services through our early intervention program. Together, let’s make sure everyone in our community has the resources and support they need to thrive.

we're here for you

In-Home Care

PennCares’ In-Home Care Program provides compassionate, personalized support to help individuals live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Our dedicated caregivers assist with daily tasks such as personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders, ensuring that each client receives the right level of support tailored to their needs. With your support, PennCares can continue to expand our In-Home Care Program, reaching more individuals in need and ensuring that all clients receive the compassionate, quality care they deserve.

Child Development Group & Preschool

PennCares’ Child Development Group and Preschool is dedicated to nurturing young children’s growth through inclusive, play-based learning experiences. Our program supports children of all abilities, offering a safe and stimulating environment where they can develop social, emotional, cognitive, and motor skills. Your donation will help PennCares provide more resources, expand access to more families, and create even richer learning experiences for every child in our care.

Early Intervention Therapy

PennCares’ Early Intervention Therapy provides essential support for young children with developmental delays or disabilities, helping them reach critical milestones during their formative years. Our team of skilled therapists and specialists works closely with families to create individualized plans that address each child’s unique needs in areas like speech, motor skills, cognitive development, and social-emotional growth. With your support, PennCares can expand our Early Intervention Therapy services, reaching more families and providing the resources needed to help every child reach their full potential.

Professional Development Trainings

PennCares’ Training Program offers a wide range of educational opportunities for caregivers, families, and professionals working with individuals facing physical, mental, or emotional challenges. Our trainings are designed to provide valuable tools, resources, and current information to improve care, enhance understanding, and promote the well-being of those we serve. Topics cover a variety of areas, including dementia care, diversity, equity, and inclusion, mental health support, and best practices for working with individuals with disabilities. Your support will enable PennCares to expand our training offerings, develop new educational materials, and increase accessibility to vital knowledge and skills for professionals and families.

PennCares is a Section 501(c) (3) charitable organization, EIN 23-1878861. All donations are deemed tax-deductible absent any limitations on deductibility applicable to a particular taxpayer. No goods or services were provided in exchange for your contribution.
